My baby boy turns 5 today.

It’s amazing to sit back and reflect on the short years we have had together. How much he has grown and how much I have grown.

I always hear mothers tear up and say “How fast time flies!“, but to be honest, it has felt like five years. Five long years of learning and growing with this sweet, difficult, sensitive, pensive little boy of mine.

I love him dearly and I am so proud of the little boy he is today. He has worked hard to be the funny, confident boy he is today and I am one proud momma.

I love you Brayden.

Happy 5th Birthday and here’s to many, many more.

Cute little baby! How time goes by indeed, however we need to stop sometimes and reflect on things past and how we got to where we are. Your son is lucky to have a wonderful mom like you. What do you think he’ll be when he grows up?
